Tenants from Derwentside Homes join Frank Haslam Milan (FHM) as they take a break to celebrate the vital role customer services professionals play during National Customer Services Week (6-12 October).
Across the region, FHM staff organised coffee mornings and tea breaks with tenants from the housing associations the company work for to raise awareness of customer service and its role within the organisation.
Les Wood, site manager, serves up a cuppa to tenants, Mrs Catherine Toner and Mr Gordon Armstrong, at Derwentdale Court, Blackhill, Consett, Co Durham.
Money raised from the 30 coffee mornings held will be donated to Mencap.
The Sunderland-based company is part of the Keepmoat Group, a highly successful community regeneration organisation, and is working with Derwentside Homes on the delivery of its improvement programme.
