Tenants from The Gateshead Housing Company join Frank Haslam Milan (FHM) as they take a break to celebrate the vital role customer services professionals play during National Customer Services Week (6-12 October).
Across the region, FHM staff organised coffee mornings and tea breaks with tenants from the housing associations the company work for to raise awareness of customer service and its role within the organisation.
Jodie Jolly, FHM Resident Liaison Officer, serves up a cuppa to Highfield resident Gladys Ledger and FHM site manager Martin Robson at the company's site office in Gateshead.
Money raised from the 30 coffee mornings held will be donated to Mencap.
The Sunderland-based company is part of the Keepmoat Group, a highly successful community regeneration organisation.
