Extra Care Schemes
Frank Haslam Milan is pioneering Extra Care residential developments to meet the challenges of Britain's increasing retirement population. We work with a range of national partners to provide individually-tailored accommodation for older people. We offer a comprehensive, integrated service - working with architects, consultants, suppliers and service providers - to deliver bespoke schemes that enable older people to live independently with the appropriate support.
Our specialist new-build schemes are both innovative and state-of-the-art and we are skilled at remodelling and extending existing sheltered housing complexes to create new extra care units.
Pathfinder
As community regeneration specialists, we go further than simply improving houses. We have helped improve the lives of thousands of residents by transforming large areas of major conurbations through the Government's Housing Market Renewal programme.
Working with local communities in masterplanning exercises, we have delivered a wide range of mixed use schemes which combine new homes, shops, education, training and community facilities.
